Student Placement for next Fall

Grade level teams will begin classroom placements for next year. You will receive a letter in late August notifying you of your child's teacher. Please remember that we do not accept parent requests regarding class placement. All class assignments will be temporary placements the first 3-5 days, so that we can ensure balanced classrooms. As you can imagine, there are numerous factors to consider throughout our placement process some of which include: balancing class demographics (numbers of boys and girls), academic level, learning style, behavior, social/emotional and special education and language needs just to name some. This is a complex and mindful process, so thank you in advance for honoring our policies regarding classroom placement.
